Complex personalization, extensive manual product corrections, custom functionality, additional integrations, or unusual fulfillment requirements may require a custom quote.
Shopify subscriptions, domain registrations, premium themes, paid apps, and third-party service fees are not included unless expressly stated in the project proposal.
Etsy customer reviews, sales history, and marketplace rankings do not automatically transfer to Shopify.

Do I have to close my Etsy shop?

Can you transfer my Etsy products to Shopify?
We can help move supported listing information, including product content and images, then review the results. Some details, such as variant structures, options, shipping configurations, and production-partner connections, may need additional setup or adjustment.
Will my Etsy reviews and sales history transfer?
Your Etsy shop's marketplace reputation, sales history, and search ranking do not transfer to Shopify. Any review display or import option must be evaluated separately for platform rules, technical compatibility, and proper attribution.
Can I keep using Printify?
Often, yes. Printify supports Shopify, but products and fulfillment settings need to be reviewed carefully. We can assess the appropriate connection and order workflow for your catalog.
Does Shopify handle all my marketing for me?
No. Shopify provides the storefront and commerce tools; attracting visitors still requires marketing. We can help set up a solid foundation and discuss ongoing optimization or marketing separately.
What about Etsy's October 2026 AI and image policy updates?
On October 22, 2026, Etsy updated its listing image requirements. Most listings now need at least one unedited photo of the actual item, and all images must accurately show what the buyer will receive. Print-on-demand sellers have their own rules, including an allowance for authorized stock mockups of original designs. These are Etsy marketplace rules, so they apply to your Etsy listings rather than your own Shopify store, but accurate product images are good practice anywhere. We can help organize your images for your new store; we don't provide legal advice or Etsy policy certification, so check Etsy's current policy for your shop.
Should I choose Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce?
Shopify is often an effective choice for sellers who want an integrated ecommerce platform and supported fulfillment apps. WooCommerce can be a good fit for businesses that prefer WordPress and are comfortable managing hosting, plugins, and maintenance. We can discuss both options and recommend a scope based on your needs.
