We wrote this the way we'd want a policy written for us: short, honest, and in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email info@reliantwebdesign.com and we'll explain it in one sentence.
When you contact us
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use this only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else.
Just by visiting
Like almost every website, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they found us — things like page views, device type, and rough location (city or region, not your exact address). This helps us understand what's working. It isn't used to identify you personally.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses small files called cookies to recognize repeat visits. You're welcome to turn cookies off in your browser settings anytime, or use Google's own opt-out tool if you'd rather not be counted in our analytics at all: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Other services we use
If you book a call with us, that happens through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy covering that booking. Our site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes some technical data (like your IP address) to keep the site fast, secure, and online.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't run ad-retargeting campaigns. We don't share your contact details with anyone outside our own team.
Your choices
You can ask us anytime what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it — just email info@reliantwebdesign.com. If you're in a state or country with its own privacy law, you have those rights regardless, and we'll honor requests the same way for everyone who asks.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date below. We won't make it more complicated than it needs to be.
